to district level administrators. As an administrator in a k-8 urban school district, I’ve had the pleasure of inviting Devantae as our motivational speaker for our “Welcome Back” Professional Development day. His message was so profound that our Assistant Principal scheduled him back to speak to our Middle Level Students. Each presentation left our students and staff with invaluable lessons and tools to incorporate in their personal and professional life. I was not surprised that his words positively impacted our students in the same way that it did our professional staff.
